Who controls your data

What we collect

When you request a report from the Contact Clarity Check, we collect your chosen email address or WhatsApp number, quiz answers, result profile, attribution data permitted by your privacy choice, and timestamped consent records. Essential technical logs may include request time and security events. With analytics consent we collect pseudonymous funnel events, stage and step context, interaction timing, device and viewport class, language, referring domain, landing path, experiment assignment, and campaign UTMs. With ads-measurement consent, advertising platforms may additionally process conversion events and advertising click identifiers. Contact details and quiz-answer values are not included in analytics or advertising event properties.

Why we use it

• Provide and save your requested result.
• Respond to a founding-review request.
• Send follow-up guidance or offers only when you separately opt into marketing through your chosen channel.
• Protect the service from abuse and measure aggregated usage when analytics consent is granted.

Legal basis and consent

We process result data to provide the service you request and based on your explicit acknowledgement. Optional marketing and analytics rely on separate consent. You may withdraw either consent at any time.

Analytics and advertising measurement

Google Analytics receives normalized funnel events only after you select “Analytics only” or allow analytics and ads measurement. Under “Only essential,” no analytics or advertising cookies are used and normalized funnel events remain session-local; Google may still receive cookieless consent-status and basic page pings for modeled aggregate measurement. Meta and TikTok advertising measurement is enabled only after you select “Allow analytics & ads measurement.” Essential local storage records your choice; you can reopen Cookie settings and change it at any time.

Sharing and processors

We use infrastructure and CRM providers such as Cloudflare and LeadConnector/GoHighLevel to host, protect, capture and deliver the requested service. Depending on your privacy choice, Google Analytics, Meta and TikTok process measurement data. We do not sell quiz answers or personal information.

Retention

Founding-validation leads and related answers are retained only as long as needed to provide the result, conduct validation, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. We periodically remove data that is no longer needed.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict your personal data, or withdraw marketing consent, by emailing info@attractingaura.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

Sensitive situations

Do not submit threats, illegal content, medical records, or information that unnecessarily identifies another person. The check is educational decision support—not therapy, medical care, legal advice, or emergency support.

International processing

Haki LLC and its processors may process data in the United States and other countries. Appropriate provider safeguards are used where applicable.

Changes

We may update this notice as the service evolves. The current version and date will remain available on this page.
